# Common Issues

We will provide you with common problems with our anticheat

### Someone is banned and now we all get banned.

Check if you don't have the Ban IP active in the Main section, because if you have this problem it could be because some servers that work with Proxys all players will have the same IP and will make most if not all players banned, after doing this unban the player that was banned with IP in bans.json in the Anticheat directory or do it from the Admin Cloud Panel.

### Error Authentication

If your server starts and gives you authentication error in RedCode Anticheat, check if your Cloud Panel IP in the Servers section matches the current IP of your server if it is not so to solve this you can open a ticket in our [Discord](https://discord.gg/redcodegg) and ask for a reset IP.
